Urgent: Problems with roots from Hernandez Ramirez, Marta on 2001-04-06 (www-xsl-fo@w3.org from April 2001)

I am trying to execute this:

c:\java org.apache.fop.apps.XalanCommandLine c:\contratos\servicios.xml
c:\contratos\servicios.xsl c:\contratos\servicios.pdf

But it doesn´t work.
If I execute: 
c:\contratos\java org.apache.fop.apps.XalanCommandLine servicios.xml
servicios.xsl servicios.pdf

This works, but I need to especify roots, how can I do it?
