Hello, It's unclear to me what exactly can a "node" be, in the sense of the XPath specs. So: "XPath models an XML document as a tree of nodes. There are different types of nodes, including element nodes, attribute nodes and text nodes". What else ? Entity nodes ? Namespace declaration nodes ? Everything that is a node from a DOM point of view ? If yes, why is it not mentioned ? If an XML file contains a "CR, LF, blank, blank" sequence, does that account for a text node or not ?
