No. I originally thought it should be. Hence the filename an the text in 
the source. However, the working group pointed out to me that I was 
mistaken when I submitted the test case. XOM was resolving XPointers 
against the source infoset rather than the acquired infoset. Once I 
fixed this, the test was in error. It should fail in a conforming 
implementation.
