I'm glad to announce first alpha release of XInclude.NET library.

What is XInclude.NET

XInclude.NET is free open-source implementation of XInclude 1.0 Candidate
Recommendation[1], written in C# for .NET platform. It supports fallback and
XML Base. XPointer is not supported yet, but the support for shorthand pointer
and element() schema is expected soon.

XInclude.NET is .NET Framework application and requires .NET Framework version
1.0 to be installed.
