Problem with schema

I have an xml document with a <xinclude:include> element.
I do not know how to write a schema for it (because of the three
namespaces). Can anybody give me an example for a schema which supports the
definition of xinclude?

But as it's just an include, am I right that the document must be parsed
first and after that (with the full tree - without the include), the schema
must validate it?
