http://www.w3.org/TR/xinclude With a heavy sigh I draw your attention to this excellent work. Unfortunately this is an orphan piece - that in my opinion rightly belongs as work within the Schema and ebXML WG's to ensure a single consistent and focused function set. Right now I'm real un-easy about this splintering of efforts. Clearly someone has woken up to the fact that the W3C Schema requirement spec's are dated and out of synch with todays needs. So let's have lots of little peripheral efforts filling in the blanks!?! We can do this of course - may I mischievously suggest that we now add a whole list of these? Xversion Xmodel Xcodes Xstruc Xmasks Xclass Xredefine Xneutral With these all done, then we'll have the peices outlined in eDTD that extend basic Schema and we won;t need a Schema proposal. Is this where this is all headed??! DW.
