In support of XML Stylesheet

It is past the review time, but in view of the delay in approving this,
perhaps some enthusiastic support from a user would help.

XML stylesheets are exactly the kind of thing the WWW and XML needs. And
we need it also for schemas, RDF and PICS. More...and faster please!

My main reasons can be found in a note: "How to encourage organic
plurality on the WWW" http://www.ascc.net/xml/en/utf-8/monolith.html

I guess there is some resistance to using PIs, presumably because they
are not available in HTML. But HTML already has specific tags for
stylesheets, so the stylesheets proposal is not relevant for HTML; if
you dont want them for XHTML, then specify that the preferred mechanism
is elements not the PI.
