Thanks Michael! It would have surprised me if this error was not noticed in the 10 years since publication. As the primer may be used by people who are not too familiar with the XML standard family it may useful to correct the error. Web usage statistics of the primer could be as well helpful information to decide if it is worth to go through the process.
