A stylesheet change has been made, in order to provide some inter-example
whitespace.  The effect can be seen most clearly in section 3.4.2.6:

With that change, the WG believes this issue to have been resolved, and I'm
marking it accordingly.  The precise amount of whitespace to be used (currently
0.6em) remains subject to change, and comments on it are welcome, particularly
from readers with good visual and design sense.
