If I reopen this bug, it is only to draw your attention to a couple of editorial details: a) In 3.4.4.5 "Conditional Type Substitutable in Restriction", clause 2.1 should be removed (as B cannot any more be xs:anyType)- otherwise, this clause would definitely confuse. b) Perhaps 3.4.4.5 "Conditional Type Substitutable in Restriction" should be renamed, as it deals with extension too.
