I like the draft - a LOT.  This looks like a huge improvement, my compliments
to the chefs.

It seems like a bit of an odd choice to interleave attribute uses and attribute
wildcard material in 3.4.2.4.  Seems like it would be clearer to split it into
2 sections.

3.4.2.4, XML Mapping, attrib wildcard: link "Mapping from <any> to a Wildcard
Component (§3.10.2.2)" has something apparently wrong w/ it.  <a> only covers
"mapping from".

FYI, there is a formatting issue with several of the boxes, e.g. 3.16.2.2 where
the property name overlaps the border.
