I hope these are minor enough that putting them all in one bug will not be a
problem for the WG.

1.2: "!!" appears, presumably as a placeholder.

1.3.3: There is a space in two of the URL patterns between "/vX.Y" and "Ne".
The HTML source contains "<var> N</var>"

2.2: Should "component" be plural in "14 kinds of component in all"? I know
there are situations that call of singular and others that call for plural.

2.2.3.1: A space is missing after the "G" in "A model group Gis said"

2.2: A line begins with a comma: ", then the ·actual value· of the
targetNamespace [attribute] of the ancestor ..."

3.3.5: "If and only if and only if"
