The image showing the type hierarchy in section 3 of Datatypes
(a) shows the name of precisionDecimal as pDecimal, and (b)
omits the two totally ordered subtypes of duration.

It should be updated:  we need to modify the SVG and regenerate
the JPEG and/or PNG.

This is really a purely editorial task, and the WG probably doesn't
want to be bothered with it, so I'm going to give this issue the
status 'needsDrafting' rather than 'unclassified', which would be
more usual for a new item.
