http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=2237 Summary: R-245: Editorial error in section 3.1.4 of Structures Product: XML Schema Version: 1.0 Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XSD Part 1: Structures AssignedTo: ht@w3.org ReportedBy: sandygao@ca.ibm.com QAContact: www-xml-schema-comments@w3.org Section 3.1.4 states: "The language used is as if the correspondences were mappings from XML representation to schema component, but the mapping in the other direction, and therefore the correspondence in the abstract, can always be constructed therefrom." Above is the original text. I suspect that the following is what was meant : "The language used is as if the correspondences were mappings from XML representation to schema component, but the mapping _is_ in the other direction, and therefore the correspondence in the abstract__ can always be constructed therefrom." My changes are delimited by '_'. ( Added 'is' and removed comma. ) See http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-xml-schema-comments/2004JanMar/0050.html
