http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=2143 Summary: R-152: When is T designator required with duration? Product: XML Schema Version: 1.0 Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XSD Part 2: Datatypes AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org ReportedBy: sandygao@ca.ibm.com QAContact: www-xml-schema-comments@w3.org 3.2.6.1 says: "The designator 'T' shall be absent if all of the time items are absent" Shouldn't this be "if and only if" rather than "if"? I don't think something like P24H can be allowed since there would be an ambiguity whether M meant months or minutes. (The use of "shall" here feels rather ISO-ish; tt would be more stylistically consistent to use "must".) See: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-xml-schema-comments/2002AprJun/0082.html
