Section 3.14.3 of Part 1 has a section called Schema Representation Constraint: 
Simple Type Restriction (Facets) which purports to define the interaction 
between the facets of a derived type and the facets of its base type. I think 
this section should be removed as it conflicts with the actual sections in Part 
2 that define such interactions: 4.3.1.4, 4.3.2.4, 4.3.3.4, 4.3.4.4, 4.3.5.4, 
4.3.6.4, 4.3.7.4, 4.3.8.4, 4.3.9.4, 4.3.10.4, 4.3.11.4, 4.3.12.4.
