Various suggestions are made to improve the usability of the table in section 
4.4.

Martin will investigate possible ways to improve the format of the table. Also, 
the last entry of the table should probably indicate that a minOccurs, 
maxOccurs pair of (1,1) is a valid restriction of (1,1).
