http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=1931 Summary: R-25: Element locally valid: fixed value constraints Product: XML Schema Version: 1.0 Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XSD Part 1: Structures AssignedTo: ht@w3.org ReportedBy: sandygao@ca.ibm.com QAContact: www-xml-schema-comments@w3.org Clause 5.2.2.2 of "Validation Rule: Element Locally Valid (Element)" refers to {content type} in both of its sub-bullets. However, "content type" is defined for complex types only, and the element may have simple type. Should an editorial change be made to correct this? See http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-xml-schema- comments/2001AprJun/0235.html
