According to the minutes of WG meetings and documents referred to therein, the paragraph added to 3.2.7.4 (erroneously given the old number 3.2.7.3 in the erratum text) was to be in the main text of 3.2.7. The remaining (original) text of what is now 3.2.7.4 still contains the flaws of R-140, R-141, and R-195. Since the above-mentioned paragraph defines the dateTime order as precisely as the other datatypes' descriptions, the easiest way to address R-140, R-141, and R-195 is to simply move the new definition back to 3.2.7 as originally approved and delete 3.2.7.4 -- Dave Peterson SGMLWorks!, for IDEAlliance davep@iit.edu
