Problem in Retrieving Part 2 Recommendation

I have problem getting the whole Part 2 Recommendation.  For example, using this URL http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/built-in-datatypes I could not get the diagram for datatypes.  Evidently the document retrieved only has contents up to section 2.5.1.3.

Please fix the problem so we can read the entire document.
