To Whom who may concern, HexBinary type that is defied in <http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#hexBinary>http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#hexBinary is used for reprenstation of binary number or representation of binary array? If it is number representation, then 0FAB = 000FAB If it is binary array representation, then 0FAB != 00FAB. Thank you in advance for your answer.
