Errata typo

In http://www.w3.org/2001/05/xmlschema-errata, there are two occurrences of

  <h2><a name="Errata2">Errata for Part 2 (Datatypes)</a></h2>

one immediately before the "Abstract" header, and one before the errata for 
Part 2.  It looks like the first one shouldn't be there.
