I am a user from Tsinghua University, P.R.China.

When I used "XSV schema checker
<http://www.w3.org/2001/03/webdata/xsv>", I found a little mistake,
that XSV take *NCName* as *NMTOKEN*, whick defined in "datatypes.dtd
<http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/xmlschema/datatypes.dtd?rev=1.3&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup>".

While NCName is defined in [*XML-Namespaces*
<http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml-names/>] as below:

so, *NCName* is *NMTOKEN *minus the ":".
