In the following line, taken from XML Schema Part One: A Primer, section 2.5.2, the word "name" is an element name, and, like other element names in the specification, should be rendered in a monospaced font. No? "Specifically, text appears between the elements salutation, quantity, productName and shipDate which are all children of letterBody, and text appears around the element name which is the child of a child of letterBody."
