XML Schema primer example

Hi,

I have a problem with the Purchase Order example that is used in chapter 2
of the XML Schema primer to illustrate the basic concepts.

my comments/questions are the following :

   "PurchaseOrderType" requires that "shipTo" and "billTo" elements must be
   of "USAddress" type, which prohibits selling outside the US : this seems
   a bit parrochial as an example coming from an international
   organisation, and I think it would be more interesting to show how one
   would deal with purchase orders with "shipTo" and "billTo"  in any
   country.
   I don't understand why "orderDate" is an attribute of "purchaseOrder"; I
   think it shoud rather be a subelement. Or did I miss something ?
