In the April 7th working draft of XML Schema, Datatypes, in section 3.3.22 it states in the fourth line of the definition: ----------- date is generated from recurringDuration by setting the value of the duration facet equal to "P0Y" and the value of the period facet equal to "PY24H" (24 hours). ---------- It seems that the first word of that line should be "time" and not "date" (which is defined further along under section 3.3.24.
