Hi ! It seems to me that the definition of an All model group in Part 1 section 3.6 is not consistent with its XML Representation defined in section 4.4.6 and in DTD for Schema. The primer and Part 1 section 3.6 explain that only local and global element declarations with minOccurs=maxOccurs=1 are allowed inside an All model group whereas the XML Representation of <All> (in Part 1 sec. 4.4.6 but also in Schema for Schema and in DTD for Schema) does not make any restriction on the particles which may appear in an All model group. Furthermore, it is said that an all group must only appear at the top of a content model. I don't know where in Part 1 this restriction is formally defined. Thank you . Achille.
