The XML Query Working Drafts are a work-in-progress and there is no commercial software available which supports these specifications. In addition the WG reserves the right to change the specifications as it advances this work to a W3C Recommendation. If you are interested in doing work in the area I suggest you use one of the supplied grammars to build a parser yourself. Thank you for your interest in the work of the XML Query WG.
