Dear Working Group Members,

being a newcomer but still XML-enthusiast I would like to recommend not
using DTD-s anymore but applying schemes instead. I don't have enough
insight and overview on side effects and impacts on current working group
activities and existing XML-applications and -projects, nevertheless I would
prefer a fully XML-compliant syntax and the scheme's data typing
capabilities.
