formal properties of XML infosets

I have several questions on the formal properties of XML Infosets. I
believe that the XML Infoset document should clarify these points.

1/ Can an XML Infoset have information items that contain themselves,
either directly or indirectly?

2/ Can a list within an XML Infoset be circular or infinite?

3/ Can a set within an XML Infoset be infinite?

It is probably the case that Infosets resulting from XML documents
cannot have any of the above, but not all Infosets are the results of
processing XML documents.
