Hi, some comments on http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/PR-xml-infoset-20010810/ Namespaces: [...] Thus the value of a [namespace name] property is always an absolute URI with an optional fragment identifier. [...] URIs _never_ have fragement identifiers, those are URI _references_, see RFC 2396 for a definition of terms and syntax. Normative References: References to RFCs should point to IETF rather then isi.edu, so http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt should be referenced. General: I don't like to see references to example.org beeing used.
