Microsoft Infoset Comments

Microsoft commends the Core group for the work represented by the
Infoset Last Call Working Draft, and looks forward to this important
specification becoming a Recommendation.  However, we also concur with
the comments forwarded by the Query group [1], and look forward to their
speedy resolution.
