In the Bindings document, section 2.3 "Response Authentication",
paragraph 28 it says:
[28]An XKMS service SHOULD support Request Authentication.
-but the section is about response auth. Shouldn't the line read
[28]An XKMS service SHOULD support Response Authentication.
