Part 2 spec updated - need feedback

Folks,
 
I have updated the Security Bindings section of part 2 of the XKMS Spec [1].  I need some feedback on some of the changes that I have made.  I would appreciate a faster response.

   Issue 328-jk: Updated table para [71b]
   Added para numbers [71a], [71b], [74a] for exisiting text for better clarity.
   Updated Table para [74a] with better text for client authentication mode column.
   Table Para [74a] - Check description of Denial Of Service row - TODO.
   Proposing [72a] as a replacement for para [72] for better clarification of the text - need feedback
   Proposing [75a] as a replacement for para [75] for better clarification of the text - need feedback
