I have until now operated three distinct services for xkiss, xkrss and compound respectively. This no longer serves me well and I have as a result consolidated these services into a single one. The new URL's are http://62.77.172.83:4080/xkms/service/plain-http http://62.77.172.83:4080/xkms/service/soap11 http://62.77.172.83:4080/xkms/service/soap12 and will accept and respond to all XKMS messages.
