Update on XKMS implementations

Hi,

I'm updating the XKMS Activity Statement[1] and want to mention
the number of XKMS client toolkits and servers that are available at
this time. I assume that "toolkit" as something like an XKMS
client construction kit or something used specifically to test
the client part of the XKMS protocols during interop.

I've compiled a list. Could you check it for accuracy?

Rich, I am not sure if you're also preparing an XKMS server or if your
client supports XKRSS.

Tommy, do you have some page describing your client and server? The only
references I have are the announcements you have made to the list.

Thanks!
