Scenarios and implementations working against one another

Hi all,

There is a new draft of the Interop Matrix at [1] where I tried to close
a couple of AIs before today's telecon. New links and css are not
working but hopefully they will soon :). Anyway:

- In "Scenarios Table" section you can find the basic locate/validate
scenarios draft. There are also some lines for future scenarios to be
designed/suggested.

- Then, trying to follow what it's been done in other groups to include
how implementations worked against each other, there is a draft table
with clients in different columns and servers in different rows. The
idea is to mark inside the corresponding cell whether "client X" is able
to work with "server Y" in the "scenario N".

Please don't hesitate to send your ideas/suggestions to the list or
discuss them during the call.
