SOAP 1.2 implementations

Hi,

Could all the implementers on the list reply stating

1.  Are the SOAP 1.2 toolkits currently available usable?
2.  When you implement XKMS 2.0, are you going to be doing
	implementations based on:
	[1] http
	[2] SOAP 1.1
	[3] SOAP 1.2

I appreciate a faster response
