I have been looking at the issue of QNames in the examples, they appear to me to be correct. The point is that the examples all have xkms as the default namespace so the examples correctly omit the xkms: prefix which is only used in the schema sections. So this creates an issue, should we remove the xkms: prefix from the QNames in the running text since we don't use the prefix in front of any other elements? If we talk about <UseKeyWith> we should talk about QNames the same way, Success, not xkms:Success... What do people think here? Phill
