With respect to: >89 Joseph Reagle To send exact text to the list I'm suggesting that instead of: [23]By design, the XML Signature Specification does not mandate use of a particular trust policy. such occurances state: [23]By design, [XML-SIG] does not mandate use of a particular trust policy. Then [XML-SIG] should be a link to the bibliographic citation. This is a little less verbose, unambigous, and provides and easier way to get to that specification. Also, I'm wondering if the tokens such as "#Auto631708160779943750Z32" are stable between specifications? If so, as we try to get ready for publication and the organization itself is stable, I'm willing to proffer a script that turns these into more sensible things like, "#-sec-SOAP-Transport".
