I have incorporated all of your comments [1] [2] [3] on the minutes.  Item 3 in 
[1] is a request to everyone to send examples to Frederick/Mike.

All,  

please take a look at the revised minutes [4] and send comments to the list.  
Also, please follow up on the action items.  Myself or Stephen will send a 
reminder next week.
