Introduction

I'm Mike Just. I've been a Research Scientist at Entrust for the past 4
years.  Entrust's goals and expectations with regard to XML Key Management
are specified in our original position paper [1].  Currently, I am
co-editing the XML Key Management Requirements draft along with Frederick
Hirsch. 

I agree to work according to the WG contributor policy [2].
