time for work...

Folks,

Now that work on the requirements is largely done (the formal
last-call stuff should happen in the next day/two) its time
to start thinking about what we need to do with the base
and xbulk specs.

I'd like us to try to get a good chunk of this done over the
next two weeks, say with a phone call to discuss some substantive
issues on Wed March 13th (yell if that's a bad date). Hopefully,
we should also have any last-call comments on reqs by then too.

I suggest we start by disposing of the most radical comment
I've seen to date - which was Joseph's [1]. (Put slightly
frivolously - should we turn xkms into a SQL-variant :-).

I also encourage you all to send your own issues to the
list in the next week or so, (I'll even try meet that date
myself). Don't worry if they're not discussed at length,
just yet - getting 'em all down in the archive is well
worthwhile.

Stephen.
