Folks, Now that work on the requirements is largely done (the formal last-call stuff should happen in the next day/two) its time to start thinking about what we need to do with the base and xbulk specs. I'd like us to try to get a good chunk of this done over the next two weeks, say with a phone call to discuss some substantive issues on Wed March 13th (yell if that's a bad date). Hopefully, we should also have any last-call comments on reqs by then too. I suggest we start by disposing of the most radical comment I've seen to date - which was Joseph's [1]. (Put slightly frivolously - should we turn xkms into a SQL-variant :-). I also encourage you all to send your own issues to the list in the next week or so, (I'll even try meet that date myself). Don't worry if they're not discussed at length, just yet - getting 'em all down in the archive is well worthwhile. Stephen.
