Invitation for contributions to three outstanding scientific and industrial
events held in Bay Area in mid-July 2006.

Submission deadline: February 15, 2006
Notification of acceptance: March 5, 2006

Camera-ready: March 20, 2006

Topics are covering the most advanced technologies in emerging
communications, network control and management, ubiquitous
services and next generation networks, multi-provider QoS/SLA,
GRID and emergency services.

Complementary topics in autonomous and autonomic systems refer to
advances in systems automation, design of context-aware systems,
autonomic computing, monitoring and control of autonomic systems,
modeling, virtualization, and any-on-demand services.

Additionally, a world class technology summit contest offers a possibility to
award some of the best world-wide results in a variety of domains, evaluated
by an international scientific committee.
