Com Based Web Services

Hi All,

We have a Software developed.We use the following Technologies ASP,XML,XSL for Front End and C++ for Server.
And for ASP and C++ code to interact we have a COM Layed in between.

Now we are planning to switch to Java platform.
And we want to expose the Com object as Web services so that we can directly communicate to the server code.

Can anyone tell me how can we achive COM Based Web Services
