This message is to inform you of a deadline 
extension to send position papers for the W3C 
Workshop on Constraints and Capabilities for Web 
Services [1]. The deadline given in the Call for 
Participation [2] has been extended by one week 
and is now 3 September 2004. The final agenda is 
still expected to be published on 24 September 
2004.
