By DAML-S to Java, do you mean parsing of the DAML-S file to generate 
classe asnd Interfaces in Java? , well some work in this direction has 
been done by The HP people in the form of Jena. However the work is 
limited only to extraction of Classes and Properties from DAML+OIL 
ontologies. You will probably have to investigate if it is customisable 
(extendable) for DAML-S ontologies as well.
