RE: Formal Semantics for DAML-S

Could the authors explain why in a 2002 paper they describe DAML-S 0.5 semantics instead of DAML-S 0.6? DAML-S's version doesn't seem to have a big impact on the content of the paper, so is there a specific reason for referring to an old specification?
