No, we don't expect all issues about the process model to be resolved with this release, and this particularly applies to issues
having to do with expressing preconditions and effects.  Two quick comments about this -- First, resolving these issues will be a
primary focus of the 1.0 release.  Second, their resolution (at least in part) may depend on (other people's) work on extending the
expressiveness of DAML+0IL (or its descendants).
