WS Agreement

Hello all,

Lately, I've been studying web services but I couldn't find an answer to
one certain question:

Is there some sort of agreement protocol/description available within
the ws-model or theory? I mean something like the CPA in ebXML. Are
these contracts somewhere predefined in the ws
literature/specifications?

I apologize if my question is somehow unclear.
